Born and bred in Goulburn, Bill Martin is pretty much a local institution; having been a motor mechanic in this town for more than forty five years; and running his own workshop for the best part of forty years.

But don't think that having been in the game for so many years, Bill and his team have not kept pace with the very latest in motor vehicle technology.

In less than ten years, the methods used by technicians to diagnose and repair cars have changed dramatically; and with the advent of on-board computers, has brought about the need for new technology to help technicians repair cars.

Bill Martin Motor Repairs has the most up-to-date Snap-On Scanner diagnostic tools, for use on all cars running electronic fuel  injection, or some form of engine management system. Similarly, Bill has invested in the ASNU Fuel Injector diagnostic tool.

Chris Martin, Bill's son, is fully trained and an expert on engine management and fuel injection systems. He is also  qualified to instal LPG systems to all makes of vehicles.

Bill has also installed an Australian-made Dyno Dynamics dynamometer. But this is not just used to tune the race cars, which are quite often parked outside Bill's workshop.

There is no better tool to identify problems that may only occur when a vehicle is under load (ie being driven on the road) than a dynamometer.

But the most valuable asset of all is the knowledge and experience that Bill Martin and his team have acquired over the years.

It is no surprise that many owners bring their vehicles to Bill Martin Motor Repairs, after other workshops have failed to diagnose and rectify specific faults.

So call or drop in and see Bill, Chris, Elaine and the crew at Bill Martin Motor Repairs.
